RecommendedThe doctors and the staff at Animal ER Hospital have been wonderful to Charlee and for our family through this entire process. Our Charlee Bear ate a bag of Orbit gum one week ago today. Orbit gum contains xylitol. We had no idea how toxic xylitol is to dogs. We noticed Charlee was acting clingy and just a bit off. Did a quick google search and rushed to the Animal Hospital. Couldn’t thank them enough! Dr Francis is amazing! Turned a terrible day into a happy one! Back home with three healthy puppies when we expected to come back with two. The staff is super helpful and caring. If I lived closer, I would always bring my babies there. 10/10!
Even at 1 am, they were friendly. professional and knowledgeable. Staff bent over backwards to make me and Trixie comfortable.

very caring, compassionate, friendly staff and doctors. We have been through them a few times now, they do a great job at caring for the animals and the families, they explain things throughly and take time to answer all questions. Only thing bad is how crazy expensive it is to have to go there.
I recently had to bring in my newly adopted 10 year old kitty to be seen. We started at Cascade Hospital for Animals where they did bloodwork and diagnosed her with hepatic lipidosis. We transferred to the Animal Emergency Hospital where everyone did an amazing job! She had a feeding tube placed and came home with me the next day. We had planned on her continuing to not eat for days and I assumed I would be doing feeding for awhile through her tube, but 2 days after bringing her home she was eating again! Very kind and attentive. We and our very sick kitty were treated so well. We bought him in wrapped in a blanket because he was not breathing and because of his other health issues we knew it was time. They put him in a soft cozy kitty bed and we held the bed on our laps and talked to him and pet and loved on him while the vet gave him the medicine. She was so kind and supportive as was all the staff.
We had Our Chihuahua into the hospital on Friday. They took very good care of him and communicated with Us about his problem.. Their very friendly. This was the 4th time that I've had to take one of My animals there on a weekend.
