Get directionsMy 3 month old Flemish Giant rabbit Ricky needed sutures for a serious laceration of his eyelid and under his arm. I was very grateful that they were able to treat him and with how patient and helpful they were with my questions and finding payment solutions. It’s a relief to see that Ricky is relaxed and healthy after his treatment. Not many veterinarians are able or willing to treat rabbits due to how delicate they are.
I have called AEH many times with emergent questions. Today, it was because Leilani moved her foot just as I was cutting her nail, and she began to bleed. She does not like her nails to be touched, and would not let me stop the bleeding. I called AEH and the AEH staff instructed me on what to do and when the situation would warrant a trip to the ED. Leilani’s bleeding did not stop and we made our way to the hospital after checking in beforehand. The veterinary technician took Leilani back and came out with her five minut... read more
Great experience. Doctors were very attentive and responsive. Loved the text communication. Staff was compassionate and caring.
if you are having a pet emergency this is definitely the the place to go. First time for us. Martini was taken care of very well. We won't ever be going back VCA. DR. Osborne was fantastic. She loved my cat, Martini and took very good care of him. They staff treated us very well and took care of Martini. Thank you so much.
Peep has been here twice now and both times the staff are so friendly and compassionate. They updated me whenever I asked and kept me in the loop on everything. I will forever recommend them to take care of your babies. Peep says thank you to all the amazing staff and doctors!
One of the hardest days of our lives and we felt very comfortable. All the staff was very caring and professional. Communication was great.
The staff was very kind and communicated well during the entire visit including the initial phone call. The only suggestion I would make would be to allow the accompanying human to be in the room during the examination. My dog has been very hesitant to allow anyone (including me) to touch his belly so I don't think that the abdominal exam was as accurate as it could be. However, Dr. Hudson explained her diagnostic process in easy to understand the problems that she found. Overall a good experience and it was wonderful to... read more
My fiancé and I brought in our Guinea pig Pumba to be seen for an infection on a mass he developed in the past year. We Friday after work the mass was bleeding and oozing, and with the weekend coming up, we didn’t want to wait until Monday to have him seen. So, we made the 50 minute drive to GR to have him seen. The staff was kind, courteous, and professional. Wait times were shorter than expected, and they provided us with a lot of useful information and suggestions. We ultimately had to make the decision to euthanize him a... read more
We brought our dog to AEH because he couldn’t keep anything down. The staff was wonderful. The veterinarian discussed the process with us, what they believed was wrong with him, etc. They kept us informed of how he was doing before and after his surgery, including pictures. We will definitely return if we have a pet that has an emergency. Thank you!!!
