I came across Mrs Kimberly Louis when she appeared as a guest on a Forex Podcast in USA. I was listening to and was very impressed with her straight forward approach and the principles of her trading strategy. My heart then told me to invest $1000 with her company as a trial. I was able to withdraw a profit of $12,600 after 7 days. Mrs Kimberly Louis make this possible, do well and reach out to her for a secure investment too. Never again! $550 to see if my precious dog still has an ear infection. Oh wait… you never swabbed her ear. But you did extra blood work and X-rays without my consent. Then tell me there was a lack of communication between front office help and the vet.

Very overwhelming!!! The cost was outrageous and hurt us deeply financially and practically took everything in our care credit account. We were told that he had a blockage. His vet gave him barium and it went all the way through his system showing absolutely NO blockage! I don't know why he wasn't given this at your facility!? 🤨 He only received fluids and pain meds. For $2,000 !!! I'm so outraged at the cost. I feel like it's highway robbery!!! It's a shame to kick people when they're down and desperate and no hope. You sh... read more

Took my fur baby there with a suspected bladder infection. I expected a three or 4 hour wait for diagnosis and treatment, but not Ten!! We were already worried enough but after the fifth, sixth and seventh hour with no update or news of any kind our worry was compounded. We hope to never need to be forced to use their services again as they were the only place open.

I got to the Animal Emergency hospital around 5am with my dog whom had just been attacked, his eyeball was hanging out of the socket and he was in excruciating pain! They made it sound like he was going to get surgery right away, they informed me his surgery wouldn’t be finished until late afternoon so I should go home and get some sleep. It wasn’t until 8am when they called me and said he was going to lose his eye and that he needed surgery then they proceeded to tell me they needed $1,200 deposit in order to even start the... read more

Put profit ahead of animals welfare. We do not use anything but cash or check. I had money in bank account and could prove it, they would take check for exam, but not for c-section, even though I could prove money was there. We are now sitting at the VCA hospital in Kalamazoo getting our c-section. They will take our check. Animal Emergency Hospital had very poor customer service. We were not the only family getting turned away. People were angry. No other place to go for a c-section late evening. DO NOT GO HERE!

When we took my daughter's less than 3 month old puppy there because he was attacked by another dog and had his eye ball hanging from the socket they made him wait over 3 hours to get pain medication and it took them over 6 hours to perform surgery on his eye which they wouldn't do until we gave them $1200 for the deposit they claim they couldn't save his eye. I'm no vet, but if you wait 6 hours to try to save it of course you're not gonna be able to save it. They also told her they take payments, but after the surgery they ... read more
