I brought my rabbit in who was experiencing sudden onset of loss of balance and hind end weakness. The doctor did x-rays and since the came back normal she thought maybe he had a pinched nerve in his back. That was the end of treatment no blood work or other tests such as ingesting a toxin. When I picked him up he was in his carrier and the tech said "Oh he's dizzy so he's quiet right now". He did not move the entire hour and 20 minute drive home. Had our dog there for over 5 hours, gave her an IV of fluids and a shot for nausea, said she seems okay. 380.00$ later and had to go to a different vet to determine the problem today. I felt like I was taken advantage of. ☹️
I do not recommend this hospital and will never come back. I came here on May 28, 2022 due to my cat, Nova, who was 4, wasn’t eating and was breathing hard. They determined that she had an infection in her chest and that they recommended putting chest tubes in to help drain the infection as well as administer antibiotics. Horrible service. Had my dog 6 hours. No water no pain meds as I instructed. No updates after 4 hours I had to call them. Didn’t even know the tech name she continued to ask me If I was sure do to cost. I said make him better cost is not an issue. No meds given. They locked him in a kettle for 6 hours. And no service accept war cleaning done.

Never again! $550 to see if my precious dog still has an ear infection. Oh wait… you never swabbed her ear. But you did extra blood work and X-rays without my consent. Then tell me there was a lack of communication between front office help and the vet.

Very overwhelming!!! The cost was outrageous and hurt us deeply financially and practically took everything in our care credit account. We were told that he had a blockage. His vet gave him barium and it went all the way through his system showing absolutely NO blockage! I don't know why he wasn't given this at your facility!? 🤨 He only received fluids and pain meds.
