The wait time and the cost

All they want is money. If they truly cared about the animals, they would be more attentive and caring. My cat was there last week and pulled out his catheter twice. $3500 for 3 nights and he has the same problem he had when he got there. I could not be more certain that there are better vets in the area.

Fact: -9wk puppy dehydrated due too two days of diarrhea -Took Vet 5hrs to evaluate puppy -Vet wanted to do multiple test (blood work, stool sample, 3 different antibiotics… etc) -quoted $1,600-1,900 to treat (70% deposit) -took multiple phone calls for them to accept that I wanted to treat puppy for dehydration. They wanted to treat for ‘everything under the sun’ -got facility down to $1,000 deposit -final bill $976 -diagnosis = dehydration Why so high? Because the facility charges fee’s twice for every 12hrs animal is... read more

They told me to go there immediately for my dog to be seen. When I got there (an hour drive) I texted that I was there. After waiting two hours in my vehicle, emailed and calling multiple times I finally got to talk to someone. Told me to meet them at the door. Worker came out and said “your dog looks fine, go back home and wait for us to let you know when we can see you”. I asked what I should do if my dog vomits the foreign object up and it gets stuck. She said “then head back here immediately and we will get her right... read more

Very displeased. Had a super sick dog pooping and puking blood, it was saturday so my vet was closed. AEH told me she had a allergic reaction and after two day of being with them sent her home still extremely sick. said all blood work, xrays, and ultrasound were fine. Took her to my vet her white blood count was extremely high and has a very bad gastrointestinal infection. How did AEH not find this in there blood test. Also this cost me $3200 for no treatement just testing and 2 nights stay. This place is a joke!

So so sooooo disappointed. Checked into waiting at noon, here it was 9/10pm at night and 17 calls later I finally got through to someone and they told me to bring my dog in because I let her know my dog had a paw injury she had a hole in it looked like maybe a foxtail or something was stuck in it. She was bleeding and limping and everyone else was at capacity. So we get here after the lady on the phone says to come straight away and they tell me to wait at home because they’re very full(which why would they make me come all ... read more

I appreciate that there is a 24/7 emergency vet in this area. That's about all the good I can say. We brought our parrot in for a broken leg, after over 12 hours we finally got her back, splinted and medicated. However, the very next day the splint slipped right off. Back we went and she was splinted again after hours there and another large bill, this time they assured me they taped it to her leg to keep it from slipping off. Yet, 3 days later off it slid again. She has a cone so she can't mess with it. After spending $800 ... read more
