Get directionsBecause poor Josie is still very sick. she can home still caked with old urine from her UTI and I would have thought for $505.00 that you would have at least washed her and maybe give her a clipping on her rear. Especially when I was charger for having her sedated. So disappointed. But I will do for her as good as I can until I can get into my own vet.

they didn't say no to us. we felt discriminated at 2 other places.
Business response:
Thank you Dolores, we are so glad you had a positive experience with us. Toby was such a good boy, give him some kisses from us!
I would recommend them if your vet is closed or doesn’t have any openings. I took my kitten in for an eye ulcer/infection and from day 1 and every visit after, they said they wanted to take the eye. I kept refusing and wanted to try treatment first. One month later and both eyes are bright and healthy.
Business response:
Thank you for your recommendation, we are glad your kitten is feeling better.
My reptile needed antibiotics to kick a respiratory infection. Thought it could be handled quickly, but my reptile ended up spending the night because I was sleep by the time I got a call to pick her up roughly eight hours later. A follow up shot a few days later ended up with me sitting outside in the hot sun for almost 1 1/2 hours. Why ask for an ETA after telling you to bring your animal if staff is not ready for you? I felt horrible for two people waiting with me. One lady spent 1k on her dog and staff brought it out wi... read more

The wait time and the cost
Business response:
Elana, thank you for providing feedback associated with your visit. We sincerely hope Pickles is feeling better! We fully understand how frustrating our wait times can be and are trying to make every effort to communicate why this is the case to every client that we see. In regards to cost, a veterinary ER has much larger overhead than a business that is not open 24/7 and so it is necessary for the charges to offset this. Please know that we try as hard as we can to make every client's experience as pleasant as possible desp... read more
All they want is money. If they truly cared about the animals, they would be more attentive and caring. My cat was there last week and pulled out his catheter twice. $3500 for 3 nights and he has the same problem he had when he got there. I could not be more certain that there are better vets in the area.
Business response:
Hello Lars. We are so sorry to hear that Bino has again become obstructed. He is such a sweet boy and was well-loved by the staff while he was here. As was discussed with you at the time of his visit and also when you called to speak to a manager, having a urinary blockage recurrence is not uncommon in cats with his type of condition. It is understandably frustrating, stressful, and financially taxing for owners in these situations. Bino was healthy and blockage-free from 8.4 until 8.10. This recurrence of his issues is in n... read more
Fact: -9wk puppy dehydrated due too two days of diarrhea -Took Vet 5hrs to evaluate puppy -Vet wanted to do multiple test (blood work, stool sample, 3 different antibiotics… etc) -quoted $1,600-1,900 to treat (70% deposit) -took multiple phone calls for them to accept that I wanted to treat puppy for dehydration. They wanted to treat for ‘everything under the sun’ -got facility down to $1,000 deposit -final bill $976 -diagnosis = dehydration Why so high? Because the facility charges fee’s twice for every 12hrs animal is... read more

long wait bogus time on giving your animal back
Business response:
Arlene, thank you for providing feedback regarding your visit. I'm very sorry that we gave you the impression that our motivation was purely financial. In truth, we want nothing but the best for both yourself and Snowball and are deeply saddened that we in any way made you feel otherwise. In regards to the medical recommendations made, further imaging and care was appropriate in order to fully care for and diagnose Snowball. It was not medically appropriate to immediately rush into surgery as the performed diagnostic testin... read more
