I brought my dog in here because he had a good size gouge in his foot that should have had something done to it so it would stay closed. Maybe a stitch or two or something. I could see his muscle it was torn open so much. I had dropped him off just a little after 7pm. I explained to them he has severe anxiety and cannot be cooped up in a kennel for long periods of time. (He was a rescue from someone who abused him) Called and check multiple times. HE WAS IN A KENNEL FROM 7:23pm- 3:30am. Every time I called and checked on him... read more

sadly everything. my first experience here was nice my second was HORRIBLE. a 13 hour visit for some staples and i felt once i said i wouldn't spend almost 2k my pet qas no longer prioritized.the vet only spoke to me once to try n get the most money out of me, the receptionist named Zach i was forced to speak to all day couldn't even repeat what the vet told him he also made my checkout 10 minutes longer by just forgetting I was in the waiting room. he literally said "oh I forgot" 3 times of me interacting with him. he also ... read more

Rude staff, poor communication, 9+ hours of wait time with minimal accomplishment, astronomical prices and unnecessary “treatment plans”. I certainly would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had sick husky pups an my brothers pup who got sick as well from contact with ours with parvo this last weekend and before then brought our Doberman there. Our echo had tested negative for parvo rapid test waiting 4 hrs in parking lot to get that done then was 11th patient in line to be seen. After everything I was told it would be up to 3,000 for additional testing alone just to find out what was wrong. (I was in semi in New Jersey my father had rushed her there that night) Later on they had done blood tests or something... read more

Brought my cat in because she was being antisocial (which isn’t like her) and hadn’t eaten in over 24 hours. And while I appreciated the communication I got from them and how they truly seemed to care about what happened to her, I didn’t appreciate when I picked my cat up the next day and she was soaked in her own urine. The smell was so overwhelming I had to have my windows completely down for the drive back home and then I had to bathe her twice to get the smell and all the urine off of her. I understand it’s not necessari... read more

The staff that I had to deal with. Was so unprofessional. The lady who answered the phone while my dog was in their clinic actually was giggling and laughing and then told me she’d have to talk to the doctor see. She didn’t understand the care plan. It was a horrific night. And the cost was unbelievable.

I don’t blame the Vets and Techs overall. I get that they don’t like the covid stuff either. I wanted and needed them to be able to take the time to talk to me about the dog, but they were very very busy. It was not a good situation when they had to do a Parvo test in our car with me holding my pup, who was scared to death already. The tech first tried to take a sample from his mouth and when that did not work because he wanted to bite them, they took the sample from his rectum. When she did not think she had enough, sh... read more

On NYE our pit was throwing up and had bloody stools. I was recommended by them and other vets to bring her in ASAP. I brought her in at 1:30pm and she wasn’t seen by a vet until 8pm. I was told every time I called to check that it would only be a “couple more hours”. All the tests were done by 11ish at which point they called to talk about a plan of action. They said she was so dehydrated she had to stay over night. The most irritating thing was the lack of communication for the 24+ hours she was there. No one told me she h... read more
