Get directionsBrought my cat in because she was being antisocial (which isn’t like her) and hadn’t eaten in over 24 hours. And while I appreciated the communication I got from them and how they truly seemed to care about what happened to her, I didn’t appreciate when I picked my cat up the next day and she was soaked in her own urine. The smell was so overwhelming I had to have my windows completely down for the drive back home and then I had to bathe her twice to get the smell and all the urine off of her. I understand it’s not necessari... read more
The staff that I had to deal with. Was so unprofessional. The lady who answered the phone while my dog was in their clinic actually was giggling and laughing and then told me she’d have to talk to the doctor see. She didn’t understand the care plan. It was a horrific night. And the cost was unbelievable.

I don’t blame the Vets and Techs overall. I get that they don’t like the covid stuff either. I wanted and needed them to be able to take the time to talk to me about the dog, but they were very very busy. It was not a good situation when they had to do a Parvo test in our car with me holding my pup, who was scared to death already. The tech first tried to take a sample from his mouth and when that did not work because he wanted to bite them, they took the sample from his rectum. When she did not think she had enough, sh... read more

On NYE our pit was throwing up and had bloody stools. I was recommended by them and other vets to bring her in ASAP. I brought her in at 1:30pm and she wasn’t seen by a vet until 8pm. I was told every time I called to check that it would only be a “couple more hours”. All the tests were done by 11ish at which point they called to talk about a plan of action. They said she was so dehydrated she had to stay over night. The most irritating thing was the lack of communication for the 24+ hours she was there. No one told me she h... read more

I drove one and a half hours to this clinic because my dog was having issues standing up. I sat in the parking lot for five hours with no communication from the staff, I called at hour number four and they said I was next in line to speak with the doctor. One more hour after that I called again and was told there were four animals ahead of me before I would speak to a doctor. So we drove one and a half hours back home and my dog was never seen. If they would have just communicated with me, I would have been fine. Reading thr... read more

Hello Keaton, I'm so sorry you were disappointed with your visit to our hospital. I tried to address your concerns in the moment but at the time you were not ready, which I can completely understand given the stressful situation. I sincerely hope little Brodie is feeling better and if at any time you would like to discuss your concerns directly, please do not hesitate to reach out! They did their job which is to get my animal back to me all fixed up. Their communication was horrible. When you say times that you will communicate and don’t, it stresses the owners out and causes conflict between your facility and care for our animals. Would I return...yes, but depending on the circumstances, would not wait for them to call me with updates.
I brought my 2 year old lab here on at 11pm one night. They were honest about how busy they were and how long it would take to see him. I had to leave him but from the little I saw they handled him extremely well. He has extreme separation anxiety and the staff member that got him from me calmly called him back into the building with her, she didn’t drag him back or force him anywhere. He had an abscess on his throat and were super good about calling me frequently with updates! They got to him exactly when they said they wou... read more
