I told her I was tapped (almost 2g) I haven't heard from them since. He had 5 stiches I had to take out myself. I'll remember my up bringing next time. I never bring an animal back to this vet!

was not allowed to be dog during the visit. Don't know of they really did the ultrasound sound. They picked and chose who got to go in the vestibule to drop dog /cat off.

Brenda, we understand that it is challenging to be separated from your pet while they are receiving treatment inside of the hospital. It is never our intent to make matters worse during an already stressful time. Instead, our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and medical care while following the social distancing recommendations from the CDC to keep our hospital open to serve our community. In regards to your visit, please do not hesitate to let us know if you need another copy of the medical record, or if you ... read more

the worst hospital in michigan sat in parking lot for 7hrs and they did absolutely nothing for my dog.only thing they did was steal 290 dollars from me.
Business response:
William, we sincerely apologize for the wait time. We have been experiencing an increase in wait time due to operational changes to stay in compliance with recommendations from the CDC. It is never our intent to make clients or patients wait. We are truly working as quickly as possible without jeopardizing care. We hope that you can understand, and we hope that Rosco is feeling better.

I was told to be there by Noon on Friday.. I arrived approx. 11:30 am. it was about 2 hours before hearing from them, as they made me wait in my car because of this Coronavirus crap., and that was just to left me know they were about to give an initial exam. then an hour later,, Doctor calls, to ask what was the reason I have my Huskey in,, really? I had already said all that when I called, and again when I checked in,, then another hour before getting a call that they want to do x-rays and bloods tests. then an hour later,... read more

Hi Randy, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I understand your frustration with a long wait time and having to wait in your car. Unfortunately our lobby is not big enough to allow clients in the building while enforcing the social distancing regulations. Operational adjustments have been put in place to follow CDC recommendations. The new process helps keeps you and our staff healthy, but it does increase wait times significantly. We are working hard to improve efficiencies daily. In regards to your visit, pa... read more

It took them 3.5 hours to give me the first test results on my 8 week old puppy in distress. A fecal test for parasites. 3.5 hours to get results. It was 2.5 hours before I spoke with Dr. Barcewski. 2.5 hours after arriving to speak with a Vet.
Business response:
We are sincerely sorry for the wait time. We appreciate your feedback and have implemented a phone triage system to help reduce the amount of time clients wait at the hospital. Finnegan was the sweetest patient for us and we did not want him to have to wait for diagnostic results to determine the cause of his gastrointestinal upset. Operational adjustments had been put in place to follow CDC recommendations for social distancing. The new process helps keeps you and our staff healthy, but it does increase wait times. ****PLEASE READ**** DO. NOT. BRING. YOUR. PETS. HERE. Please, if you love them, do not bring them here. If you want them to LIVE, do not bring them here. I would have went to a different veterinary clinic 100 miles away if I would have known that my sweet German Shepherd puppy would be fighting for her life after getting Parvo from this disgusting, terrible place they call a veterinary facility. The staff and veterinarians. They are even more disgusting and terrible than the facility itself is. Money hungry. I could have sav... read more
Business response:
We are so sincerely sorry that your sweet Bella was diagnosed with Parvovirus during her visit to our hospital. This is such a serious and highly contagious infection. The virus is extremely virulent and lives in the environment for years, so any dog that has not received their vaccines is at risk of contracting this disease. We understand that in-hospital care for the duration needed for recovery from Parvovirus becomes costly. This can be a shock when your pet becomes so sick suddenly. Our team stays up all night and works... read more

Sooooo expensive and watch your bill. Lots of mistakes and over charges.
Business response:
Hi Sandi, Thank you for reaching out and giving us the opportunity to review your invoice so that we could make the appropriate adjustments. Since Remmi was transferred from your regular vet, the fluids should have been discounted out the first time around and that was an oversight on our end. Thank you for your time yesterday over the phone. We hope the refund was an effective solution, and we hope that sweet Remmi continues on the path to recovery!

I feel they use your stress and the illness of your pet. Yo over charge Knowing you just want your pet to get better. The price we 10 times more then a vets. I understand it’s an animal hospital. But with those prices. The average Joe can not afford their prices. So disappointed. And will look for a second choice
