Get directions****PLEASE READ**** DO. NOT. BRING. YOUR. PETS. HERE. Please, if you love them, do not bring them here. If you want them to LIVE, do not bring them here. I would have went to a different veterinary clinic 100 miles away if I would have known that my sweet German Shepherd puppy would be fighting for her life after getting Parvo from this disgusting, terrible place they call a veterinary facility. The staff and veterinarians. They are even more disgusting and terrible than the facility itself is. Money hungry. I could have sav... read more

We are so sincerely sorry that your sweet Bella was diagnosed with Parvovirus during her visit to our hospital. This is such a serious and highly contagious infection. The virus is extremely virulent and lives in the environment for years, so any dog that has not received their vaccines is at risk of contracting this disease. We understand that in-hospital care for the duration needed for recovery from Parvovirus becomes costly. This can be a shock when your pet becomes so sick suddenly. Our team stays up all night and works... read more
Sooooo expensive and watch your bill. Lots of mistakes and over charges.
Business response:
Hi Sandi, Thank you for reaching out and giving us the opportunity to review your invoice so that we could make the appropriate adjustments. Since Remmi was transferred from your regular vet, the fluids should have been discounted out the first time around and that was an oversight on our end. Thank you for your time yesterday over the phone. We hope the refund was an effective solution, and we hope that sweet Remmi continues on the path to recovery!
I feel they use your stress and the illness of your pet. Yo over charge Knowing you just want your pet to get better. The price we 10 times more then a vets. I understand it’s an animal hospital. But with those prices. The average Joe can not afford their prices. So disappointed. And will look for a second choice
We took our German Shepherd there after being hit by a car because our vet was closed & (at the time) felt since they were listed as an "emergency vet" they were more equipped to handle an emergency like this so we took Mana to them. They examined him, said there was no need for xrays, "He lucked out! He's got some bumps, bruises and a couple torn pads" even though we wanted xrays done. The sent us home with pain meds. He cried and whimpered with every movement so we called them back. They said to make him comfortable ... read more
We paid $600 for them to give a wrong diagnosis for our dog. $600 is a lot when you’re not even treating what’s wrong. The meds they prescribed were because they “thought” he had a sever sinus infection and they took xrays because they thought he had a broken jaw. The days following we took him to our vet who knew right when she seen him that he had tetanus. So now that $600 goes down the drain and we have to pay to correct what is really wrong.
Business response:

the days of olde are definitely gone. nobody trusts anybody any more. I see clearly now, that's definitely all about the money. their heart is not in what they do but in what their pockets receive. my Fela passed away this morning at 8am. I will forever remember what you all did.
Business response:
We are so sorry for your loss of Fela. We invite you to reach out for further clarification and closure to bring you peace. After looking through the medical record, we thoroughly explained the risks of not performing a c-section immediately. We advised you to go to a daytime vet, tried to get you in to another vet within your budget, and we followed up with your vet the following morning to see if the care had been performed since we were so worried. We truly cared and did everything within our ability to help her. Again, w... read more
I took my bearded dragon there this morning to be told it would be inhumane of me to take her home and her heart rate was 10 and should be 200, After researching I found that to be false a bearded dragons average heart rate is 30- 40, I made my decision to put my dragon down because of FALSE INFORMATION provided to me by this hospital! They also referenced my dragon having a black beard so it "was dying" BEARDED DRAGONS get black beards, that doesnt mean they are dying. I will be pursuing this with my lawyer.
Business response:

We had an emergency with our Manx cat, Max over the weekend, and our regular vets office wasn't opened. Another Veterinary Clinic here in Muskegon I called to see if we could take Max there recommended Animal Emergency Hospital, because their office was all booked up. We were unsure taking our beloved Max there, because they didn't know us, or Max, and we didn't know them. We were so glad we went there even though the out come with our Max wasn't good. Unfortunately we had to make the hard, and very sad decision to put Max t... read more
First time pet owner and they made me feel like my pet was just any other animal. My pet was family. They made us take our dogs body home with us because we could not pay upfront the cost of bringing him in. They put him in a box and sent us on our way. Ive never heard of a bet hospital doing anything like this. And its very sad and definitely not heart felt.
