This place lacks true compassion and professionalism. We were sent from Belton small animal clinic on 7/28/2017 to this clinic since they were closing and our fur baby needed further care. Dr. Brown had called ahead to give them a report and let them know to expect our arrival. When we arrived the door was unlocked but there wasn’t a single person at the front desk or in the exam room. Heartless people that are only concerned with lining their pocket books with cash instead of letting a little girl take her dying puppy home where it could pass with loved ones around. Trust me if you have a sick pet....find some place else.
