RecommendedMy little buddy was having vomiting issues so I brought him in yesterday evening. We were seen quickly and every staff member I encountered was kind, friendly, and answered all my questions. After hours vet visits are never fun but I appreciated how easy they made it for us. Ted’s doing much better today- they suspected he might’ve had an allergic reaction or a bug bite and I’m pretty sure I found a stink bug shortly after getting back home.
This place is nothing short of a wonderful place♡ They made my baby girl so comfortable in her final moments. All staff from reception to veterinarian made this very hard time easier with professionalism and pure empathy. Thank you so much for everything.
The staff there are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people I've met. They were amazing with our boxer Molly. They were all so sweet and comforting while we made the hardest decision of our lives. Their kindness didn't stop there, they sent us a beautiful card to our home that arrived the same day we picked up her ashes. This place was amazing! Our sweet pup decided to eat a chocolate protein bar. They gave her a med to get sick and Lucy stayed with us the whole time! All the staff was extremely kind and made the situation a lot easier. Great clinic that we are so lucky to have! Lena says “thank you” for making her feel better!
This place is amazing! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Glad we went there as we needed a vet and when things went bad quickly....delayed anaphylactic shock the vet was right there to help. Will be back if we ever have another emergency. Worth every penny and know my dog is receiving the best care.
Our dear cat of 15 years was suffering from a terminal illness which we recently diagnosed. I thought I had longer with her but when I realized she was dying one night it was already after hours for our regular family vet. My daughter is a vet in another state and counseled me to help our cat through euthanasia. My daughter called the ER vet in advance and explained the situation. This place is amazing. I have had to go twice. Once we had to put my boyfriends german shepherd down and they let us have as much time as we needed. The second my little mini Aussie got electrocuted. I was horrified and beside myself sobbing and they had so much compassion and love for my dog. I called three times and visited him once as he had to stay overnight. Everyone I talked to was so kind and made me feel so at ease my animals are everything to me and I could tell they were the same way ❤️
Took Simi here this evening. I was thrilled to see the vet the vet we saw last time at Town & Country.
We had to take our cat today for a possible broken leg. We don't know what happened to her. Mike and Denise work there, and were great to us. We mostly dealt with Mike. He looked at our cat as though it was Mike's. He handled her with the greatest love, and even kissed her. Talk about a kind heart!!! Dr. Jim Davis looked at our cat, and both he and Mike didn't think her leg was broken. We were very impressed with the kindness of all who work here.
