This place is very unprofessional and does nothing in their power to fix issues. I’ve been hung up on three times including from the manager. Do not bring your animals here for anything kind of care. When we were viewing and saying our final goodbyes they had random guys peak and walk inside the room. Horrible costumer service and can’t contact anyone.
Debra Mitchell is rude as well as her staff. My daughter and niece told a young lady how rude they were and how they treated my nieces dog who had just passed wee hours of the morning and the staff were rude after paying in full for the cremation and picking an urn they were so very unprofessional and careless. They hung up in my face twice in the last 24 hours. They didn’t know where my niece dog was. They didn’t take the time to clean him up or anything.
