Recommended5 stars isn’t enough, all the stars! I have nothing but good things to say about this facility! They have been an incredible resource and I trust them 100% with my dog Piper. It’s very clear that she is loved and well cared for while she is there. They were able to diagnose and prepare a plan of action to correct a birth defect and a bladder stone that my 8 year old dog had been suffering from. Our very pregnant cat suffered a serious accidental trauma to her chest and we rushed her to AESC. The staff there were compassionate, professional, and seemed to care deeply for me and my animals. Although the momma cat died right as I got to the front door of the emergency center, they quickly rushed to try to rescue the kittens from her body. I have a kitten that had to have polyps surgically removed. She had a reaction to the anesthetic and nearly died. The staff saved my baby's life and she was home within a few days. Now she is a rambunctious cat who can finally purr, runs nonstop and will be 1 year old in May. Thank you staff for helping Soot live her best life!

Best staff, and the Dr. King, explained everything before doing it. My sweet girl did not make it. She was a very old pup. The staff did the best they could for my sweet girl. It made my day getting a my sweet girls paw print in the mail. Meant so much.

Our poor blue heeler Sky, got a severe injury to her eye due to a cat. We rushed her into Animal Emergency Center. Upon examination they told us that Sky was going either to lose her eye, or undergo a series of risky procedures that in the end, may not save her eye anyways. We opted to remove the eye to save her weeks/months of misery and pain. Animal Emergency Center did an amazing job! She healed very quickly and was given medication that helped her through the entire process. We are so grateful, and now our puppy is safe... read more

Thank you for taking such great care of our sweet Little Bit. Since we couldn't get to our regular vet, I was nervous that someone she didn't know would be taking care of her in her final moments. But the doctor was amazing and so kind to Bit and to her grieving parents. Sending us her paw prints was above and beyond, so thank you.

They were so wonderful with our very sick King Charles Cavalier over a holiday weekend. He was a very very sick boy from his congestive heart failure. As a medical professional myself, I felt that every staff member from front staff to the doctors were extremely knowledgeable, professional, gentle and kind. We ultimately had to let him go. They explained the process in detail so we would know exactly what to expect. They took paw and nose prints for us and put him in a precious burial box. We unfortunately had to make 2 trips within a month, with our cat nova and then our dog camber. Both times they were very quick and considerate. The nurses and doctors were very knowledgeable and took wonderful care of us. Yes, each visit was expensive but they worked with us on what we could afford and we expected this as any emergency place is. Both of our fur babies are back to 100% and we are extremely grateful.
