Gary has been treating our pets for sooo long. He used to come to our farm years ago with an Esky filled with pet treatments. He rode up on his motorcycle (it's 100km) treat the dogs and cats and stay for lunch. Now we go down to Manning on a day when we have to be down in the city. He is a fabulous trustworthy vet who cares for animals. Best veterinary clinic ever.Â
We have used these guys for many years! Gary's expertise and honesty is the best. We absolutely love the home visits. So much help when you have big breed dogs and a nervous one who doesn't like car trips much. Thanks again guys! From the reception staff, to Gary and the other veterinarians we have seen over the years!Â
Gary being mobile is fantastic! I’m in a wheelchair and no longer drive, I have a seeing eye dog a service dog in training and a retired service dog. He looks after them so well. Great vet who I highly recommend, takes time to explain everything if he needs to. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. The receptionists are very patient and helpful also. Booked a home visit but had to cancel and wanted to reschedule for the following week. Rang the surgery at 13.00 but they were busy. I emailed the reschedule request. At 15.00 I phoned again and the young girl spoke to the vet and he charged me a $55 cancellation fee even though I tried to phone earlier and was rescheduling not cancelling. My home visit was for 11.00am and was asked if im flexible with the time, might be later or earlier. Of course I said yes. So why aren't they flexible also.
