I cannot say enough about how wonderful the service was from walking in the door to walking out the door All staff were very patient kind helpful and showed that they cared about each fur baby that walked in the door ..I felt comfortable leaving them .The doctor called gave up dates very very nice and kind ..

We took our sweet girl in for Rainbow Bridge and just want to say the service and care provided was overwhelming. We chose to take our sweet baby with us for private burial and the personalized box along with paw print and hair clippings were an unexpected memento that brought me to tears. Such a sweet touch. I highly recommend for end of life pet service.

The staff are wonderful! They are always smiling and happy to help (even when you are a first time pet parent with a zillion questions). The doctors, well, the doctor I saw; spent so much time with me and even asked if I had more questions!! The lady (greyed hair & glasses) who checked me out made a point to say to me, “once you get home, call us if you have any other questions, that’s why we are here” and that meant the world to me!! Thank you for having us be a part of your family!

Horrible service and a big rip off! Prior to my pet boarding, staff provided the cost of service only to attach hidden/additional fees at the time of pick up. No explanation or additional service justified the extra costs. Price initially quoted differed nearly $100 more. The employee who quoted the initial cost made no effort to address the situation or correct the pricing discrepancy at the time of pickup. We have a 6 month old female kitten that we need to have fixed. I went in for the first time to board our dog because our regular place was full. I asked how much to have a female cat fixed. I was told roughly $160. She needs her shots so I took her in for a check up. $345 for first check up. I didn’t question. So we decided they could do her surgery very next day. Completely unprofessional,RUDE, women treat you like your obligated to be there.wont allow you to be with your pet while treating it. Girls at desk are afraid of animals.veterinarians have no common sense and only worry about money while price gouging!

We have taken our dogs here for over 30 years. Today on Christmas Eve I called the vet because my dog who has been going to them for 12 years was very sick and unfortunately needed to be put down. When I called I was told they were closing shortly and they gave my another place to call. I called that place and they were closed. Called back and told the person that answered the situation.
