Animal Hospital at Vista Lakes was able to schedule an appointment with me for the same day. They were very friendly, cordial and professional. They contacted me after the appointment to provide further information pertaining to the diagnosis for my cat. Their service is definitely 5 Star! They far exceed in excellence beyond any Veterinary Hospital I have ever visited. I will always bring my animals here going forward. đ you must try this place !Â
They always make sure to give my dog the very best care. I'm pleased with the way they take fantastic care of her.Â

Made an appointment with this vet because my other vet was full. This was my first visit at this office with my dog. Received a call in the morning at 8:47am asking if I could come in at 9:30am instead of my 11am. I did my best to get there to convenience them. Got there by 9:20am. There was a sign at the front desk stating they were short staffed and to please have patience. I was eventually taken to a room. The vet tech came in and briefly spoke to me. It was the worst experience Iâve had they gave my dog the wrong medication. And almost made her worse! Stay away they are over priced and are not good ppl!!Â

I have been going to this animal hospital since 2014. It was wonderful then. However, now the customer service and organization is really poor. I was given an 11:30am appointment. I arrived at 11:40. At 11:50 in the waiting area I was told, â Since itâs almost 12 oâclock the doctor will not be able to see you. You will need to reschedule. The doctor has a meeting to go to and we are all booked for the rest of the dayâ.
