Tito and Akos go here and love it! They play with their friends, swim and have a good time! Staff are awesome, professional and really care about the pups. The place is clean and staff are so nice! They have a big pool and grassy area! Best place In Wilmington for boarding or daycare!
I am one to never leave reviews, but I honestly can’t say enough good things about Animal House. My dog is a regular for about 6 months and has boarded with them a few times, and I won’t take her anywhere else. Nicole and the staff are SO welcoming and show such enthusiasm and love every time they see my dog, as well as other regular dogs. It’s comforting to know that they care for the dogs like their own. Lovable atmosphere! Staff is wonderful. I have a GSD K9 guard dog. Very protective, yet he absolutely loves this place and his groomer, Trinnette! Thanks for all you do for Mr Hoover! Most of all, not being fearful of him. 💕
They are attentive to our dogs needs, they were wonderfully to allow us to tour the facility prior to signing up. They catered to our dogs personality type, paired her with a similarly size and temperament dog. Plus they even gave us a report card for her first day. The attention to detail does it for me :)
I absolutely love the manager, Nicole. She always goes above and beyond to make sure all customers are happy! Trinette, the groomer is beyond talented and every dog goes out looking show ready! 10 gold ⭐️
