BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a pair of high-end Wydex programable hearing aids for $7500. The hype and promises made at the time of sale have never been realized. I worked with an audiologist for over a year and a half to get them to work as promised, without FEEDBACK problems. Finally, she sent them back to the Mfg. for service. Dr Jeep and her staff are the best!! Kind courteous, compassionate, honest and headed me in the right direction!! Wish I would have went to her first ,I wouldn't of had 3 bad ear surgeries! I appreciate everything they've do ne for me,above and beyond! Thank you so much !!
I'm so glad that Dr Chandace Jeep has helped me with my hearing loss. It has been life changing. I am no longer isolated and at a loss in group situations. Dr. Jeep has been so patient and understanding, and has taught me how to use the technology that is available with my hearing aide. She is a kind and compassionate doctor and I would give her 10 stars if I could.
Best medical care I have ever received. Dr. Jeep is not only caring, she has great attention to detail that has greatly improved my hearing aid performance. The only audiologist I will see and recommend.
Dr. Jeep had wonderful patience when performing the ABR on my newborn. On a personal level, she was pleasant to work with. However, as my daughter got older she was not showing any signs consistent with the newborn diagnosis of moderate hearing loss. Dr. Jeep repeatedly dismissed our observations, evaded questions, and did not even observe our daughter’s responses in the office outside of the testing booth.
