I feel like I am in best hands. Never rushes during appointments. Very knowledgeable and patient during appointments. I’m thankful for her to be my doctor and will continue my care with her.
She listens and explains everything in detail and also gives time to research about the medications. Very flexible and easy to talk to.
I'm impressed by her breath of knowledge and is compassionate, a keen listener, does not rush through her appointments and has been very helpful to me.
Honestly terrible. Assumes I do not need a medication I’ve been taking for over 15 years, “it’s only for school or work”. Lady, NO. I am a grown woman with a life to hold together and kids to take care of, and I know what neurological testing has told me, and through years of trying different things what actually helps me function. Will never use them again. They charged my account for 279 dollars. Over drafting my account. For an appointment I had in 2022. It is now 2024. Was not spoken to or warned of the charge or given a chance to set up a payment plan. They claim I did not have insurance which is a lie because the only way I found them was through my insurance. Unapologetic and my dr was very rude and judgmental. Never listening to my actual input on the medication. Had them delete my debit card from file and discontinue my services. She dosnt listen to what you say about the medications. Despite saying my medication did not give me heart palpitations she always would try switching what is working for me for side effects I did not vocalize having.
