I don't have to sit in waiting very long, before getting called to room. Ann Nienhuis is very good, friendly and spends time with you, doesn't rush you. Is genuinely concerned about you! I would definitely recommend her!
I will not go any where else for my care. Trinity Health Care Shelby office has the most caring staff. My pcp Ann Nienhuis is the absolute best. She is very knowledgeable and confident in her position. Hands down they deserve a 10 out of 10 for caring, compassion and respect.
After 30+ years of service from the staff here, I can say that they have an excellent record of taking care of myself and my family. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I consider myself and my "health issues" a challenge for them, yet they've never failed, in fact they have given me 10 extra years (so far) that I may not have had, if it weren't for their expertise. I have recommended them over the years and will continue to do so.
Ann is a phenomenal Nurse Practitioner. The practice operates very efficiently and I’ve always been able to get in for appointments when there was an urgent matter. Ann Nienhuis has been my primary care provider for over six years and I literally trust her with my life
My doctor retired and I had my first appointment with ANN yesterday! She was very thorough and informative and took her time! I was very impressed and glad to have found such a caring doctor in my hometown!
