NP Ann Nienhaus was warm, friendly, and professional. She was a great listener and understood my concerns. She made a plan of action with me and developed follow up, including a referral to a recommended specialist. I was extremely satisfied with my visit and would not hesitate to see her again.
Rubi and Ann Nienhuis were amazing. I got called back before my appointment time. Rubi is so sweet. She was very quick and thorough. She was also very patient with me as I went through all of my meds and supplements. Ann was very nice and personable. She listened, asked questions, and never once made it seem like she was itching to get out of the room to go see the next patient. Ann is so nice & thorough, and easy to talk to. I really enjoyed my visit with her!! I would definitely recommend others to her!!
I did have a great experience Ann and her nurse Rubi were very empathetic to my issue. They both were so efficient and I was in and out, And my xray results and recommendations were sent right away. Ann is a phenomenal provider. Makes going to the Doctors office so much easier.
I will not go any where else for my care. Trinity Health Care Shelby office has the most caring staff. My pcp Ann Nienhuis is the absolute best. She is very knowledgeable and confident in her position. Hands down they deserve a 10 out of 10 for caring, compassion and respect.
