Doesn't listen.Left her office feeling like she didn't hear me at all. Now, the office refuses to even give me the blood test results I had done and sent to her. Why is it so hard to scan my results into my osf my chart. I shouldn't have to ask multiple times for my own test results bought and paid for.
Anna has been my girls Dr. for 5 years now. She an amazing, caring individual. She listens and takes time to hear exactly what is going on. We love her!
Anna was wonderful when I met her. However, her staff is extremely rude. I'm a disabled vet needing care. I was basically begging and they still turned me away. I'll never go back and I'll make sure my family wont either.
