Life Stance therapy has helped me emotionally and mentally with the assistance of Ann Ingram. Ms. Ingram is Amazing straight forward to the point of triggers and deepest trauma
I love the convenience of having virtual therapy sessions, although I would like to get back to in person. Mrs. Ingram was amazing our very first therapy session and I can’t wait to continue with her every week even in this first session if she has helped me with some tools to control my anger and to communicate better with my spouse.
She is great at what she does and very helpful
