Jill provided great service and helped us a lot throughout the transaction. I'm only giving 4 stars because $165 delivery fees for a single chair is really excessive.

Mark was a true professional and very friendly. He was helpful, efficient and got me in and out the door quickly. The solid wood chest I purchased is beautiful, and I look forward to purchasing more furniture from Anna’s to fill up our home.

Shopping experience was good, delivery and handling should have been lot better as they were not careful, chipped paint in couple places on the entrance wall.
