I have to say that I'm extremely grateful for the care they are providing my son's Bernese Mountain Dog, Chewie. He is fighting an illness and when my son had to call someone for help, they were there last night at midnight. they kept him up to date and are so very kind. This is my son's first dog and we love him so much. I truly admire the work they do from the Vet to the staff. Our puppy Moose was admitted to the emergency clinic last Wednesday after a positive parvo test. He has been with AAVEC for a week tomorrow. We have been satisfied with our experience but in specific Dr. Kozek and Dr. McNair. We look forward to their calls, they always give thorough explanations, time for questions/processing and never make us feel rushed! They also seem so intune with our boy 💕
I saw Dr Hyman and vet tech Kelly yesterday for my dog Rain’s injured eye. We did not know that Rain had injured his eye chasing a deer through the woods the night before. Dr Hyman examined his eye and explained about his injured cornea and torn conjunctivae. She explains thoroughly and patiently. I was so relieved it was not worse. Vet tech Kelly said Rain was a good, friendly patient despite his pain. I called just now about a drug and was called back immediately by Kelly. I go for follow up visit in 10 days. We, unfortunately, lost our dog to a long fought terminal illness. The morning he got worse, we rushed him over to AAVEC, but he was gone before we arrived. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person was amazing. I will forever be grateful for their kindness on that sad morning. They handled our dog, our feelings, and the arrangements with more respect and kindness than I could have expected. Thank you.
We brought our baby boy in and we were just as scared as he was...the staff were amazing at updates and including cost and exactly what was going to happen....His doctor was so sweet and so attentive....our baby boy is doing so good and we thank AAVEC for everything they did...
