At my first appointment, Dr. Ott spent a great deal of time with me and the visit was very in-depth. She was receptive and thorough. Subsequent visits have been the same. I am very satisfied with her care and professionalism. There were a few mix-ups with communication with the office staff but I think we have solved that problem. I do recommend Dr. Ott.
Saw this delightful physician for the first time today and was thoroughly impressed from the greeting by the receptionist on. Very friendly office staff, minimal wait time even for a new PT, and she spent ample time going thru history, meds, etc. Really pleased and feel very confident I chose the right practice!!
Moved to A2 area and needed a new doctor. Dr. Ott has been able to manage my depression and considers the other contributing factors - including Hashimoto's / Hypothyroidism. Feeling better than I have in years. Unlike the previous doctor I went to, I don't feel I'm being rushed. Old doctor's PA once said I would have to schedule another apt. to continue discussing the side affects of depression and hypothyroidism.
