From start to finish this has been some of the most professional thorough customer service I’ve ever had from any business. The man I spoke to on the phone John Zizka was extremely professional very helpful and getting my issue resolved. The installer Eric was great very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Cleaned up and was done very quickly replacing my window with no issue! Very competitive pricing to many other estimates I received. It was a great experience. Thank you!
We are re-doing several rooms in our home and Ryan has been the absolute best sales rep I've worked with thus far. We ran into an issue when the window we initially were going with was actually 2 window instead of 1 but Ryan worked with his team to find me the window we wanted. He helped search for the best deal and returned emails and phone calls. My window is beautiful!
The sales representative was one of the rudest people we have encountered in a very long time. I told him what kind of replacement windows we were interested in, and he just kept showing us things we did not want. I finally just said let's stop talking about sliding windows, I wanted double hung all around and his response was 'I can't help you' and he walked away. This gave me a better understanding of why the parking lot and showroom were devoid of customers. I would NOT recommend this company.
