Our experience with Antech Appliances, Inc. has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. We placed our original service request with AHS on 10/5/25, and a technician came out on 10/9/25 to look at multiple issues: a freezer that wasn’t cooling properly, a broken microwave handle, and a washer and dryer that were not functioning correctly. I am very sorry to report that Antech has demonstrated terrible professionalism during their work on my refrigerator. The first appointment, they never showed up. Claimed they had a problem with their van. A week later they showed up and claimed they needed parts. About two weeks later they come back and install parts. But, a rotor was not ordered, and the old rotor was broken. They ordered a new rotor. A new fellow arrived a week later and installed the rotor. If I could give this company -5 stars I would. It has been over 3 months and they're not able to fix my refrigerator. Appointment after appointment after appointment and nothing. First they said it was the computer panel, then the compressor and then a different part. And worst of all they sent a guy that doesn't speak or understand English. Now we're left out of Thanksgiving dinner. Do not ever contact this POS company. They don't do nothing the help you.
Stay away from these people! Six months ago, I had them come to my home to repair my ice maker and fridge door through my insurance. They sent an older man who was extremely rude and didn’t speak a single word of English. I tried to explain the issue with the door, but he wasn’t listening.
