I had ANTECH technician fix my front load washer and the technician was quick to identify that the broken drain pump was the problem. He replaced the pump and got it back to working condition quickly. He cleaned up the area after repair has been completed. Very happy with the service and professionalism.

Antech Appliances, INC. repaired our dryer through our home warranty, and the experience was excellent. The repair was handled quickly and efficiently. The technician not only fixed the issue but also took the time to show us how to clean the inside of the dryer properly, which was really helpful. Communication throughout the process was clear and professional. Highly recommend their service.

This company was referred to us by American home sheilds for our refrigerator repair. Since June 10th till today September 11, 2025 , over 3 months. this company couldn’t repair the refrigerator and they don’t report to AHS that hey don’t know how to fix it . We have been patient and waiting . AHS needs to find another and reliable appliances repair in San Diego or find another solution for their unhappy customer. To say the lease, my experience with this company has not been very favorable. They were assigned to me by my home warranty company. I have dealt with them in the past and was not satisfied and was disappointed to know that I got assigned to them again the initial technician that came out was not very attentive or very interested in what I had to say about what was going on with my refrigerator. Home warranty / Antech service was great. Jeremy came and discovered the issue right away with the dishwasher. He was able to fix the drainage issue with haste, and also provided some helpful hints on keeping the maintenance under bay.. Thank you Antech appliances
