Dr.Benjamin is an awesome urologist. During your time of surgery or office he may be a little late but this shows me and I know first hand he is taking his time with his patients because he genuinely cares! Not because he is condensing! He does listen! He does care! As far as his staff they are very polite and kind. I really wish people could stop seeing bad in people but The good! Dr. Benjamin is just that a great man!
From one to five I give him a 10 He is a real person and a doctor he cares if u can't see this maybe u need a different type of doctor. My 1st meeting with Dr.Benjamin was pleasant enough even though my 9am appt. turned into a hour and a half wait. Staff was a bit frazzled but that could be because the office is moving on 6/7. Dr.Benjamin is knowledgeable and caring. They had trouble finding my test results and I haven't heard back from them.
Dr. Benjam was my urologic for a chronic condition for over 10 years. He always listens, asks questions and takes the time to really get to know and treat his patients. I always felt very safe with him in the office and in surgery. I will always be grateful to him.

He was very condescending and did not take my issues seriously. Was over an hour late to my appointment. It felt as if he didn’t even care to look over my medical history beforehand because he seemed to have no clue as to why I was there. Waited over an hour just to be told that my issues were from “stress”. Got checked out somewhere else and it turns out the issues (which he brushed off) were a lot more serious. Never seeing this doctor again.
The worst doctor I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. He was always late and rushing, didn't explain anything, he was condescending, and after a surgery when I had an important question it took days to receive any sort of answer. Avoid at all costs!
While Dr Benjamin is very pleasant and knowledgeable, his staff is higly unprofessional. I have never had a provider's office ignore my health concerns as badly as Troy Urology. My mother has been a patient for the last year or so and our experience with the staff has been horrific. Calls not returned, no follow up. Cannot get treatment. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!
