I have a great therapist from Lifestance for the past year and a half. She has provided me the sounding board I have needed to make some life changing decisions in my life, never piercing, always listening and providing concrete suggestion and guidance with a quick insight into what I need when I need it. Though we meet on zoom only (i prefer in person), I feel completely listened to and heard when we meet. I would highly recommend Antonia, Tsutsumi as a therapist for most any situation.
LIFESTANCE services have been a great experience for me. They make booking very easy, and they are prompt to send reminders so that I don’t forget about my sessions. I’ve been doing online therapy for two years and it has helped immensely! LIFESTANCE makes all the “back end” work easy so that I can just focus on my session. Would recommend.
