Dr. Gregorian is a good doctor overall. However, the office staff and nursing is severely inadequate, unresponsive and not supportive. After 9 years, I have decided to switch doctors for better service. It has taken over 2 months since I requested my medical records transferred and it has not happened yet. There is no way to speak to anyone at the office. You leave a message and wait for a call-back. They also do not help for referrals whatsoever. Can NEVER get through on the phone. Leave voicemaisl and over a week and still no answer.
Disappointed. After researching reviews for a good Dr. I chose him. Prior to my initial exam (which was weeks out) test results were received by his office. Office called and wanted me to move appt date up, and come in that day.. a little concerning. Long story short, sent to their recommended specialist after being told a biopsy would be needed. Specialist wondered why I was even sent there. Waste of time/money, and unnecessary stress. ALL Dr.s should know how to read diagnostic reports.
I have not much to say about the Dr Gregorian himself since I only visited him once. Needless to say, I won't visit his office anymore. His office staff never asked me about the type of visit and how would affect the bill. I was told nothing before I left the office. I gave them my insurance info when I made the appointment, yet they still sent a full bill and told me they didn't have it. Then they processed wrong type of visit and let me pay the bill. Long story! TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!
The doctor himself, I have no opinion on. I only saw him once for a physical. I called his office afterwards to question the bloodwork that was not done but indicated as being done on a notice that I recieved from BCBS. I kept getting something called telenurse that advised me to leave my birthdate, phone# and they would get back to me within three business days. I called another number that was listed and was hung up on. TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!
