Dr. Ravi is wonderful. Caring and quick to respond. When other doctors were literally too scared to treat me husband, Dr. Ravi not only treated him and figured out what was wrong but has also developed a course of action to help him heal.
I think I finally may have found both an excellent GI doc, and a compassionate staff team to match. When I called to schedule my appointment, the woman I spoke to was so kind and reassuring. She really put me at ease. I was able to get in quickly, despite being a new patient, for help with a painful issue. I appreciate them so much for that.
Dr. Ravi, her staff and the staff at ATL Gastro in Douglasville are wonderful. Dr. Ravi goes the distance to help diagnose your issues and she also goes the distance to not have to do surgery, unlike most doctors. As a spouse of a patient and a patient myself, I appreciate her straight forward honesty and calm demeanor, it is one of the best attributes a doctor can have. Dr. Ravi has a wonderful bed side manner. I saw her about two years ago for a colonoscopy; I was a little nervous about surgery but her calm demeanor allowed me to relax. Fantastic!!!
Dr Ravi was so very nice. She took her time and explained everything to us. She was very knowledgeable about my mothers health condition.
