love, love, LOVE this gym!! The staff are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! They have an open door policy M-F and go out of their way to notice you and honestly get to know their members to boot!! Robin is an especially great asset to this company as I see her going ABOVE and BEYOND what I'm sure are not her regular duties as a gym manager!! Awful service. This place does not care about you. Takes multiple emails and calls for someone to reply. I am trying to cancel my membership and was given contact to cancel. I was still charged that week even after they knew I was canceling. I know they didn't have to charge me for that as they were able to hold payments for a few months. Please do not join this gym unless you want to jump through hoops trying to cancel a membership when the time comes. My favorite place of all time! I live here. I’ve done my research and checked every gym in the area and this is by far the best priced. I do wish they had Hack Squat Machine!
This gym is very nice and kept clean. Everyone is so nice. Would for sure recommend this gym. Excellent location as well.
