She was super helpful and informative I am very new to trying out a storage unit so having her answer all of my questions with kindness and patience was amazing and letting me know that she is available whenever I need her was great and made me feel more comfortable about the situation. she also helped me with the one time fee, which made my experience even better definitely recommend

I have been getting my storage cleaned out when I was approached by a employee at the garbage bin for me using the trash bin every other word out of his mouth was the F word calling me names that I was not to happy to hear he don’t know my medical condition and my girlfriend was so scared by his actions she got back into her truck and the guy told me to get the f out of there I called and spoke to Melissa and that must be her husband our boyfriend because that was a waist of time calling her!!
