I had a storage unit here for almost 10 years. The property changed hands a few years ago, and they changed things. If you need to speak with someone, there is virtual help. To access your unit, you need an app, and your unit needs a battery that works. I don't like relying on technology. I prefer a lock and key. Whenever I had issues, they were resolved within a day or so.
I had an excellent experience with Anytime Storage for my 5x5 storage unit. The facility's proximity to the University of Arizona was incredibly convenient for me and my student. The summer rates they offered were fantastic, making it affordable for me to store my belongings during the break. the rent for unit literally more than doubled from one month to the next. And they're closed overnight hours. 10 to 6 I believe. Everything is Bluetooth activated. You could rent a unit move in and out and you may never even see an employee. I do have a lot of cameras though. And I just learned that one of their facilities is right across the street from the sheriff station. Things to keep in mind the above and make sure you get a good rate. Been with them for a long time. Amazing prices and huge storage
Tried to get into my storage unit and couldn't. It was a Sunday so the office was closed. Called the advertised #, after going through the automated system was able to talk to a person. She was trying to walk me through the process of opening the new lock system. It was very frustrating. What she was telling me wasn't working, so the more she kept telling me to do the same thing over and over, which wasn't working, the more frustrated I became.
