My review has been very good, the customer service is 100 percent wonderful. Everyone I spoke with was very patient, understanding and wanted me to get all my questions and concerns answered. The unit I'm renting ,is clean and all ready to be used. So if you need a unit give them a call. It will be a good thing.
I just moved from Boston MA to Bisbee Arizona!! Best experience I ever had renting a unit!! I had some difficulty online so I called and this amazing women named Maria walked me through it all and made my experience so pleasant and I felt like I made the right choice on picking this storage company. I only gave them 3 stars csuse your forced to pay 10 dollars for the insurance I've dealt with these insurance companies before and they want receipts for everything that you store so they can discount it and then you don't get much end they want you to prove that you had that in storage so like me I'm sure one keeps receipts for stuff you've had for years a little bit of advise take pictures of anything that has value so you can show proof then they will give you some money back but these companies love taking your money bu... read more
So far so good. The staff members I spoke to when setting up our rental unit were pleasant, professional and informative. Everything was set up efficiently and our move into the space easy.
There is no office. Everything is done online and the phone. Reasonable rates. Easy to use storage facility.
