I was able to get my unit quickly with up front discounts. I looked at several sizes. The units are very accessible. (Check this first. One company in Bisbee has units you can’t drive up to!) At Anytime storage the network of graded roads is very well designed. Units are secure, dry, clean and affordable.

Not impressed with the location manager. She was very unkind on my move in day, on an already stressful time in someone's life, she was unprofessional and tactless. The unit had mice which damaged my belongings. And I've been out of the unit 45 days but they're still trying to bill me. They now state they can't find the account. SMH.

Anytime Storage, Bisbee, Arizona believes that the customers work for them. My father and I have used this storage facility off and on for over 20 years. Almost a year ago I needed a unit. I was told directly by Melissa that it was a 10 day move out notice and a refund of any remaining days. Apparently they recently changed their policies. They don’t do refunds. I am happy with the storage structure provided for my goods. However, I think the rental fee is too high for the storage facility and the City of Bisbee.

I've rented many of storages over the years, this one has mice! And the management does nothing to prevent the problem.... imagine packaging all your valuables and placing them into a storage unit that you are paying for monthly only to return to check on things and find rat poop and pee all over your valuables! I had to through $950 of items into the trash. Never have I ever had mice in my storage units!! Gross!
