I contacted the customer service number and was told that access to the site was by either a downloadable app, or by an onsite keypad. When I got the details in an email it was clear that access is only through an app. Since I wanted multiple family members to be able to access the site, this did not work for me. This policy should be told to people when they ask about access.

After I was sent confirmation of paying for the unit, I hit get directions directly from the link which took me to the wrong location (also an anytime storage location). I was unaware it was the wrong location as I had mentioned to the person taking my rental order that it is my first time ever doing this and that I was not familiar with the area. I've had Anytime Storage for a couple of years now. I stored my RV on one of their spots and I have a room as well. Best storage spot ever with security in it as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great place! It's clean and the staff is personal and drug free. There are some storage managers that are doing things that are so wrong it's nice to have a safe environment to go to. This place rocks!
