I had a unit for over two years. I recently cleaned out my unit and stopped services. As I was cleaning out my unit, I noticed that everything in my unit was completely covered in dirt, animal droppings, and infested with bugs. From the first couple months of having my unit the gate was broken and remained broken until I moved out in February. Horrid customer service. I called to ask about insurance question and was pressured to rent my unit over the phone instead of online (assuming commission). Well even after I told the woman the phone number she put down was not correct she didn't change it. I was told I would receive a contract to sign in a few minutes to few hours. Next day no contract but an email saying they tried to call me to call them back. I've had Anytime Storage for a couple of years now. I stored my RV on one of their spots and I have a room as well. Best storage spot ever with security in it as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

After I was sent confirmation of paying for the unit, I hit get directions directly from the link which took me to the wrong location (also an anytime storage location). I was unaware it was the wrong location as I had mentioned to the person taking my rental order that it is my first time ever doing this and that I was not familiar with the area. Easy process to rent a storage unit. Facility is clean and well-kept. Reasonable pricing with specials as well. Would have been 5 stars except we didn’t know how to get the unit lock combination. We called the customer service number and did get it, so no issue but it wasn’t intuitive. Perhaps add some info that tells you that you need to call to get lock combination.
