I’d leave 0 if I could. Never in my life have I had to deal with such horrible customer service. 3 different times these people have sworn up and down that my payment has been saved for automatic payments. And 3 different times Ive had to pay an outrageous storage bill because they can’t manage their accounts properly. Then I get told “you know you have these accounts so you know you have to pay them”. Door sticks and most women won’t be able to open it. Don’t know who to contact - no known local contact. Harassed and threatened with lockdown when payment is only 2 days late.

Facility is excellent plenty of room to move large items in and out. Entrance and locks on units are all connected on an app. No locks are needed.
