Hey Anytime Storage saved a old man who wasn't paying attention on the Internet and I rented a space cause I've been with Anytime before and they are great but I rented at the wrong site and when I was at the site right by my house, the lady on the phone and God, I wish I could remember her name. She was fantastic. She got me off of this contract and the contract at the spot. I wanted with the size unit that I wanted All within just a few minutes. Their office staff is wonderful and I like my storage unit
I've had multiple storage units for several years now. I had some problems previously the first year or two, but there seems to have been a change in overall management (or possibly ownership) and things and been great every since. Customer Service reps are very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Shout out to CSR Maria in Tucson who helped unravel a complicated situation a couple of years ago. Thee absolute rudest people ive ever dealt with. Just so extremely disrespectful. They have the attitude that, they have control over your belongings and you cant do anything about it. Ive even had so called "managers"hang up on me over the fact that they're security gate wasn't working correctly, trying to insist it was my fault. Then refusing to let me in the gate for another week, even after i just got done paying 3 times the supposed monthly rent, that i was 2 weeks behind on paying. I had a great experience, they were always quick and responsive, and the facilities always clean and organized. However their prices were climbing too quickly for me to remain there.
They had fair prices, but I had to try their phone number four times it would not connect only to find out that they are a virtual site where you have to scan the QR code in and then you get to talk to someone who's not on site
