I have been going to APAC the past few years where I have appreciated the wonderful care I have been receiving from Dr. Sheel Patel. However. recently I went to Walgreens to inform Pharmacist Cory of my recent change of meds as recommended by Dr. Patel. A couple of weeks past after my last appt. and Cory says they don't have my prescription called in. On Thursday & Friday I leave messages that I have no prescription meds for my pain symptoms. Everyone in the office is amazing I would like to give a shout out to Anita for going the extra mile to make me feel welcomed as I waited for my ride. Maria and Tiffany went over and beyond to help me with my PA. Dr. Patel explained the procedure in great detail and helped calm my nerves
My last experience was not good. My NP was gone with no notice. The next appointment people were being referred to another doctor. Having to have pain management is a awful situation to be in. Going to a stranger after being in one practice for years is very scary and difficult
I would highly recommend! The staff is very nice. Dr. Patel is a great doctor. No long wait time. 10/10
