Staff was filled with non medical staff that belonged to apac. Embedded nurses from god knows where. Procedures left me scared and off book stuff including VR was used at my home. Implanted with device without my informed consent. Wasn’t denied pain killers but asked to go elsewhere. Made me sign form under anesthesia. WTH!
Dr. Patel is awesome! Really easy to talk to and actually cares about you. Hard to find Dr's like this now days.
Dr Patel is an amazing doctor and he explained everything in a way that my husband and I could understand what was going on with my body. The staff at the front desk is also so friendly, patient, and professional. Maria who works reception on the surgery side made the process go so smooth and she made my day for being so kind and gentle when coming in for surgery!! I thought Dr. Patel was a very caring doctor until I needed to speak to him in regards to an epidural I was having and when I told the specialist which nerve it was, he said oh no, he needs to do this nerve so I went to the office to see if I could talk to Dr. Patel about this before my appointment at the surgery center, and Gail and Dori would not let me speak to him said he does not do that and that I would have to make another appointment And cancel my procedure at that point I had had enough of Gail and Dory and their at... read more
I just had another procedure today. Needless to say I was taken care of by the BEST PAIN DOCTOR IN CROWN POINT AND DYER. Dr.Patel and his team at the surgery center are amazing. Maria, is the most amazing person I have met. Elena Alyssa Kelly, everyone I can’t think of everyone’s name. Just thank you for taking care of me today. They are ALL Angels 😘😘.
