LATE-DESTRUCTIVE-IRRESPONSIBLE. Please find anyone else to do your work. Not even sure where to start and as I decided to take legal action against them I cant post everything I wanted to but here's just a small amount of the two months I had to deal with Arthur and his scam company. 1) I'm pretty sure they are NOT fully insured. Carmen was excellent setting up everything for my roof installation and giving me the guidance I needed. The crew did a great job with the roof. I was actually off-site for the entire process and it was easy to communicate. They sent pictures and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Everything was sent via electronic files which makes my record keeping so much easier.
