Joanne is a real professional and very gentle
I had the Zoom procedure done. The extensive process was not explained to me at all. Had I known the extent of the process, coupled with the poor results, I most certainly would not have done the Zoom. I am VERY disappointed with the results. For the amount of money spent, I would expect a much better outcome. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Zoom to anyone.
Understood my options and relived that I was not pressured into doing lots of unnecessary work.
No one believes I actually enjoy dentist visits.
