The layout and numbering across the building seems a little confusing, but it's pretty clean inside and easy to reserve space. Rose was a little verbose in going over lease details, but helpful, nice, clear, and thorough (which is necessary and appreciated for a service such as this).
After making a reservation online through a third party website, I was called multiple times a day about finalizing my booking. In the reservation I specified the exact move in date I was looking for. I answered one of the calls about my reservation and decided to go through with the first payment to reserve a unit for the move in day I had specifically mentioned in not only the reservation on file they were calling about, but also during the phone call multiple times. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE Please do not put your stuff here. They are a terrible business altogether and completely unprofessional. They set the prices low with the intentions of selling your stuff. and there's no one you can physically talk to. You will get transferred to people who live half way across the world and barely speak english.
