Someone should at least respond. I sent in the online request, someone (they would not provide a name) text messaged that same day asking me some questions. And then NOTHING. After I answered their last question they stopped responding. I texted the next day - no response. I sent another request via their web site - no response. I'm not sure how they go about helping people because no one has been in contact. They could at least let me know what's going on; if they can or cannot help.
