I just called the AOA advice line and Paul answered. I knew it was my lucky day, as in the past I have given him some really difficult or complex issues (at least for me.) and he calmly and efficiently gives me the roadmap with every detail to see my way through to success. He never has to say "let me get back to you" or "Ill need to research that". He is up to date on everything regarding real estate. I've been a member for many years and always appreciate the AOA and all facets provided. From answering the phone prompty (a real person!) to running credit checks to Paul et al, you're the best!
I will say they have come in handy at times when I’ve had a question. I’m not sure how legal their advisors are, but I know for a fact, I have gotten information from the advisor that have turned out to be incorrect, so I was definitely not happy about that and I will leave another note on here. I had a great experience chatting with Maria about questions like rent increases, deposit increases and the like. She was very knowledgeable and even provided me with information that i could download to my computer. I would highly recommend that anyone who owns rental properties join AOA.
