I gain valuable information with each issue of the magazine and I've attended one of the conferences and made some great contacts with vendors.
As a Realtor and income property owner, I feel that being a member of the AOA is crucial. The AOA has been an excellent resource for me.
One conversation with consultant Paul Scott is well worth more than 10 years of membership dues. I've been fortunate enough to have had several extremely helpful and informative conversations with him. He always goes well and above what most people would ever do. With the ever changing laws in CA and increased renters rights its hard to keep up and dot every i and cross every t, and do everything "right". Paul is so helpful and well informed. I hope his bosses knows how lucky they are to have him!
Great resource and network to have. There aren't a lot of resources for landlords who are just trying to do the right thing and having a difficulty time navigating the nuances. I love how AOA is on top of the latest laws and trends and will be an advocate on behalf of the rest of the community. Special shout out to Paul with the Van Nuys team. I have spoken with him a handful of times. He is always very knowledgeable and patient. Thanks for all that you do!
We have been members of AOA for years. We appreciate their knowledge and expertise. While I feel that all of those that work the advice line are top shelf, the last person I spoke with to resolve a tenant/tenant issue, was Paul. He was professional, knowledgeable, and we were able to suss out the best steps moving forward. Much gratitude for AOA.
