Maintenance Staff Support The Heatherwood crew stayed with our heating outage until they fixed. At one point or another, there were six or more maintenance staff in the apartment. All were attentive and clearly knowledgeable; everyone wore a mask. The crew finally determined that the shortage was being triggered by a problem in the AC unit, so they disconnected a wire in the apartment that was linked to that unit.
