I had the unpleasant experience of meeting Amber your "marketing director" last night. Despite the signs at the entrances to our neighborhood and the one on my door she decided to knock on my door and interrupt my dinner. When asked if she had a Flower Mound solicitors permit she said she did. However she was unable to produce it. In the town of Flower Mound it is required when you knock on someone's door to have a solicitor's permit. She said she was not soliciting she was marketing. I find that interesting. Incredibly informative on why your windows are a great investment and the price is very fair, considering you're getting a triple pane that won't warp with a lifetime manufacturers warranty, not the window company's warranty. Great service, too! The experience was worth the time and investment.
DO NOT trust Apex and their installer Alside. It’s been 1.5 years and they still have not yet finished the work they started on my home. I have serious brick damage, their install has been shoddy at best with globs of caulking, damage to my home & the installed windows. Their installer Rich has taken pictures of my home (places they had nothing to do with the window install) and even after asking multiple times would not share the images with me.
