APEX Energy Solutions installed our new triple-pane windows approximately 5 weeks ago. My wife and I know there’s a lot of known companies that could have installed our new windows; however, APEX came through with the intangibles of service and customer care . Probably one of the worse experiences I've ever had with a company. If I could give them zero stars I would. Neighbors got their windows through APEX so when we reached out, APEX quickly responded eager to help. After taking 1 week to come out and measure we were told it was going to be 3 months for the windows to be made. After being delayed an additional 2 weeks, they finally made it to our residence. I had my windows done In May but wanted to wait for the review to see how it affected my energy costs so I could provide as much feedback as possible. My overall score is 5 stars. Was everything absolutely perfect, no but the small details that did come up were corrected immediately. Their response time to any inquiry I made was always prompt. Apex was great up until the time they began to collect payments for my windows. Before and during installation several windows were broken. It took them several weeks to place the replacement order, and repeated phone calls for status and assistance were left unreturned. Once I began making payments for the windows, their service and responsiveness became almost non-existent. There appear to be no operational controls in place for how they run their business.
I replaced my aging windows with new Apex windows, the quality of product is great and the people whom I interacted from sales and installation were the best! Entire experience was excellent.
