How do I rate a product or service that hasn't performed yet? ****** was my customer service rep, professional and pleasant... but there's nothing exceptional about her doing her job. Now, if I'm able to plug in a phone number to track the results, then I may provide a 5 star review. Time will tell. For now, I'm pleased with the initial registration process.
