****...after reading down to April I realize I've been Scammed. They got only $192 from me. I canceled my credit card as soon as realized who they are. Through their email they sent me I started to answer the questions about my business, and personal information. After submitting my ID, the next page just wanted too much. APN TECH IS A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS THEY CHARGE LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY AND THEN DO NOT EVEN TRY TO DO WHAT YOU HAVE PAID THEM FOR. WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY JUST TRY TO TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE DOING IT WHEN THE EVIDENCE CLEARLY SHOWS THEY ARE NOT DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THESE GUYS THERE ARE A LOT OF REPUTABLE COMPANIES OFFERING THE SAME SERVICE FOR LESS THAT WILL ACTUALLY DO WHAT YOU PAID THEM FOR.

Shame on APNTech!!!We paid $398 for APNTech's voice platform service and after 5 months I am still waiting for my business listing to be found on ***** ****** and ****** Voice. I have repeatedly reached out to the company and each time was told that we needed to patiently wait to be found. Regretably this never happend. I therefore requested a refund and was told that they would not refund my money even though it is stated in their written policies. We made the mistake of reaching out to this company. We immediately tried to cancel service the same day we spoke with a salesperson.APN Tech's website does not give specific instructions on how to cancel your service -- that is a MAJOR RED FLAG #1.We called twice, but we were only able to reach the answering service who seemed to be extremely knowledgeable with the company and its processes, but could only relay a message to proper department.We were promised we would receive a call back within 72 business hours -- nobody e... read more

They are liars, scameras, and all I hear from is it takes time yet takes time bear with us it takes time. I'm tired of messing with them. I do not do business like this. I work too hard for my money. I've asked for a refund. And all I get is give it more time. They beat me out of $300. 286 to be exact. ****** learned

Purchase on 8/16/2023 apnTech very disappointed!!! with customer care ***** sorry no last name!?!?
