They are liars, scameras, and all I hear from is it takes time yet takes time bear with us it takes time. I'm tired of messing with them. I do not do business like this. I work too hard for my money. Fraudulently omitted important info when closing sale. If they had stated that initial investment was just to get a specialist to talk to you about your visibility with search engines. At that point they tell you how much you will be investing on a monthly basis plus their fee, exponentially out of reach with our budget. I explained this to the specialist and requested refund. If I could leave this company 0 stars I would. This company stole $200 from ** for over a year and we never got any results. We tried to contact them several times and never got a response. If we did get a response it was a promise for them to reach out and they never did. When we told them we wanted to cancel they back tracked and said they didn't have any contact info for us. They never answer the phone, it is an answering service that knows nothing about your account. I have been trying for days to get a rep on the phone because they badly botched the implementation of the service they promised. I want it fixed immediately or give me my money back.
