They called me under false claims that they were with ****** and told me their service incuded back channel indexing with listings and when I told them that is all I wanted them to do they told me that it was not included.The salesman told me if I was not happy with the service they would refund my money. They are now refusing to refund my money after I requested a refund. They have done absolutley nothing and provided no service. This company is a fraud!

I've ALREADY filed a complaint against them here as well as with the Attorney General in their state AND MY state! I wanted an immediate cancellation of the transaction because they would not send me a receipt for $598.00! They have constantly refused and NOW they have been BLOWING UP MY PHONE AND EMAIL ever since I contacted BBB demanding that I withdraw my complaint from this website!! NO WAY! NO HOW!

I purchased apnTech 6/21/23 and tried to cancel 6/26/23 and got the run around. Im still waiting which I was told could take 72 hours to receive a call from a specialist to assist with the canceling process. It was easy to sign up but the reverse is difficult.

ApnTech is a company that has not given the service purchased. I am a small business owner looking for ways to make sure my business is noticed on the Internet. The Apntech representative called me to give the benefits of using ApnTech as my marketing solution. This was a very costly mistake. I have not seen any difference in the voice search, prime listing, or anything for that matter, so far I have invested a little over two thousand dollars into the Apntech solution company and I have received nothing but blank results. Nothing but a scam and useless business. We took the chance and got nothing but a headache. Told 3-4 weeks for voice recognition and here we are 4 months later and nothing but the run around. Told one thing by one employee just to call back and told something else by another. They have no problem lying and trying to get you to agree with them. Purchased it 90 days and nothing I believe they scammed this old man ***** great salesman just cant deliver or care When I call he just sends me somewhere else Someone calls and fays all is good but never happens Would like my money refunded Would definitely not recommend them Worked with **** ***** and definitely do not believe a word ***** says Seems problems are always on customers end and they cant fix it

I am extremely unhappy with the non service that i received. I called apntech to complain that i have not received any business calls from their service and i wanted my money back and they claimed they would not refund me my money. I paid on 4/20 ****** and received nothing from my payment as of today. I spoke with a rude associated who argued with me and said they dont do refunds. Big promises, little action. Called to cancel the service just a few hours after payment was taken and they were unwilling to process it. I was going to re-join in a couple of months and recommend you to other businesses in the local Chamber, but if you can't even process a simple refund without getting dodgy, I'll put out the word never to do business with the company!
